Challenge: Present complex organizational data in a visually engaging and accessible way while showcasing the agency’s solutions and community impact to donors and partners.

Approach: Managed content development, editing, and approvals, partnering closely with teams across the organization to maintain consistent branding and messaging. I also managed the production of award-winning “Impact Stories,” case studies highlighting organizational achievements, coordinating with content creators and departments to ensure alignment with the brand and overall messaging strategy.

Outcome: The project strengthened engagement with stakeholders and donors and earned industry recognition with an external award.

Project: 2024 Impact Report (50th Anniversary Edition)
Role: Content & Design Lead

Challenge:
Create an engaging impact report that celebrated AgeSpan’s 50th anniversary while highlighting the organization’s solutions, community impact, and ongoing work supporting older adults.

Approach:
Assisted in shaping the report’s theme, “50 Years of Inspiring Aging,” and coordinated content collection across the organization. Designed the report using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring accessible and visually compelling storytelling. Collaborated with teams across the agency to maintain consistent messaging and worked closely with the print team to support production and distribution. Also helped manage the development of “Impact Stories,” case studies highlighting key initiatives and organizational achievements.

Produced a visually engaging report that celebrated AgeSpan’s 50-year legacy while showcasing its impact for donors, partners, and the community. The project strengthened stakeholder engagement and received external recognition through industry awards.

Schleuniger Customer Case Studies

Project: Customer Case Study Program – Schleuniger, Inc.
Role: Content & Case Study Lead

Challenge:
Develop a consistent, engaging case study program to showcase Schleuniger’s wire processing solutions, increase client visibility, and support sales and marketing efforts across regions. The program required coordination with busy sales representatives and clients while maintaining high-quality storytelling standards.

Approach:
Independently coordinated with regional sales representatives each month to identify clients willing to participate, requiring planning, persistence, and relationship management. Created tailored materials for sales reps to present to clients, explaining the program and securing approvals. Once a client agreed, sent questionnaires and transformed responses into compelling narratives. Managed the publication process by posting case studies on the company website, social media, and submitting select stories to major industry publications.

Outcome:
Produced a steady stream of professional, high-impact case studies that highlighted Schleuniger’s solutions and client successes. The program increased brand visibility, supported sales efforts, and positioned Schleuniger as an industry thought leader through publications and digital channels.
