Project: 50 Years of Inspiring Aging Anniversary Video
Role: Content Lead / Contributor
Challenge: Celebrate the organization’s 50th anniversary while honoring older adults whose lives inspire the communities we serve.
Approach:
Supported the development and production of a commemorative video for the campaign “50 Years of Inspiring Aging: Celebrating the Power, Value, and Voices of Older Adults.” Collaborated with internal teams and an external marketing partner to coordinate storytelling and ensure messaging aligned with the anniversary theme and brand.
Helped coordinate a multi channel call for nominations through newsletters, newspapers, community columns, radio ads, and social media to identify inspiring individuals across the Merrimack Valley and North Shore.
Outcome:
Contributed to a milestone anniversary video that elevated community voices and celebrated 50 years of impact, generating strong engagement through nominations and storytelling.

Schleuniger Insights

Project: Schleuniger Insights Employee Spotlight Video Series
Role: Content Lead / Video Contributor
Challenge: Highlight employee experiences and long term tenure to support recruitment efforts and strengthen the company’s employer brand.
Approach:
Developed a series of employee spotlight videos showcasing why team members stay with the company and the impact of their work. Selected participants, coordinated filming schedules, and collaborated with employees to shape authentic stories about their roles and career paths.
Supported video production by assisting with equipment setup and filming, and developed interview questions and scripts to guide the storytelling. Distributed the videos across social media channels and integrated them into the company’s careers page as part of a broader hiring initiative.
Outcome:
Created a video series that elevated employee voices and helped communicate company culture, supporting recruitment efforts and increasing engagement with prospective candidates.
Short-Form Video Content

Project: Social Media Reels & Short-Form Video Content
Role: Content Lead / Video Producer
Challenge: Increase engagement on social media by creating timely, visually engaging content that highlights organizational programs, events, and impact in a format that resonates with online audiences.
Approach:
Develop short-form video content and reels to enhance the organization’s social media presence and make complex information more accessible and engaging. Plan content in advance by aligning video concepts with upcoming initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Coordinate with departments across the organization to identify story opportunities, gather information, and schedule filming when needed. Lead projects from concept to completion—developing ideas, scripting key messages, filming footage, and editing videos optimized for social platforms.
Ensure each piece of content aligns with the organization’s messaging and brand while maintaining a format that is dynamic, concise, and designed to perform well across social channels.
Outcome:
Produced a series of short-form videos that expanded the organization’s social media content mix, supported campaign promotion, and increased visibility for programs and initiatives through engaging, shareable content.
